Acceptance of Terms

By accessing NextGig's platform, you agree to these legally binding terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of all modifications.

Eligibility & Account

Talent accounts are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.
Employers may use the platform for hiring and related business purposes.
You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure.
Social sign-in is supported (e.g., Goolge).

Usage Rules

Do not impersonate others, post false content, or violate intellectual property.
No spam, abuse, or illegal activities.
Follow our Community Guidelines when posting content (e.g., job listings).
We may remove or restrict content that breaks rules.

Content Rights

You retain rights to content you post but grant OTOT a license to use it (non-exclusive, royalty-free).
We own all OTOT branding and platform content. Don't copy or misuse it.

Job Applications & Messaging

NextGig facilitates job applications and messaging between users.
We are not liable for delays or failures in message delivery.
Employers may receive resumes, applications, and messages directly through the platform.

For Employers

Job ads must be lawful and non-discriminatory.
Incentivizing or coercing reviews is not allowed.
Communication with talents may be monitored for performance metrics.

Enforcement

We can remove content, suspend accounts, or take legal action for violations.
We may defend user anonymity where lawful.

Liability & Disclaimers

NextGig is provided “as is” without warranties.
We are not responsible for third-party content or platform downtime.
Limitations on our liability apply to the extent allowed by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of the changes.
